You can change your account details via your online account. Once logged in, click on 'MY DETAILS'. You are then able to change your name, email and your account password.
You can also go into 'MY ADDRESS BOOK' and you can add, change or delete saved addresses.
We've now launched a TalentLAB initiative where designers can submit their products and our customers can make a financial pledge for their favourite, with the design going into production as soon as it becomes fully funded.
How it works:
Every two months, we shortlist between 15 to 30 of the designs that have been submitted. The selected pieces are then prototyped, photographed and added to the TalentLAB website. A customer can then pay a small, refundable deposit starting from £5 to £30 (depending on the price of the piece) to show their interest in your unique design. If a design reaches 100% of its funding goal, it’ll be manufactured and sold by MADE.
If your piece gets manufactured, the customers who have helped fund this, will get a 30% early-bird discount on the final MADE price.

Sometimes a product may be out of stock but don't panic, keep checking back and it should be available again. If a product has been discontinued, you should see the 'Email me when back in stock' button. If a product secures enough votes, we'll put it into production again, and let everyone that voted know once it does.

You can create an account by clicking on the 'Account' icon on the top right hand side of the homepage. Alternatively, you can browse and place orders as a guest.
Once you've found an item you'd like to purchase, you can add it into your basket and go through the checkout. We will need to take full payment in advance, but we take most credit and debit cards and accept payment via PayPal.
From our Home Page, you can log in by clicking on the little person icon on the top right. This icon will appear black if you've already logged in.
If you've forgotten your password, you can select "Forgotten Password" and we'll send you a new one - remember to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox after a few minutes as it will be auto-generated
Once you've logged in, you'll be able to:
- Track your order and obtain info from previous orders. You will be able to see the designated courier, delivery address, tracking codes and estimated date of dispatch.
- See which stage a present order is in.
- Get a VAT Invoice.
- Change your delivery address (if your order has not been dispatched)
- Put your order on hold if you're moving house or will not be able to receive it before a certain date.
- Change your password.
- Change the name on your account and the email.
- Add, change or delete saved addresses.
- View and delete saved cards.
- Change preferences of receiving communication from us or unsubscribe altogether.
If you checked out as a guest, all you need to do is reset your password and you'll be able to access your account again.
